Starting, assembling, completing and finalizing a "Rocket Loan" would have been a difficult task but for Cass. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Whenever I had a question, Cass would know the answer or would find the answer and get back to me quickly to keep my loan process on track. Now the good Stuff…
When our conversation was completed my monthly mortgage rate was changed from 4.35% to 2.99% and my monthly mortgage payment was reduced by more than $125.00, plus my first payment is January 1 2020.

FIVE (5) STARS is not enough to give this guy. As a very happy customer, I can only say Thank You! Also, I want to thank Rocket Mortgage for Hiring this man.
