From the very first call she was attentive to my needs and considerate of my time. Their website made it so easy to upload all the information that was needed along with my To Do list to keep the process moving forward. What I was most impressed by was the timely manner in which Dina and her team would reply to emails. There was never a time that I did not hear back from them within the hour. If one of them were out of the office or on vacation, another would be getting back with me in their absence. The appraisal and closing were a breeze! Both were easy to schedule and the closing agent even came to my home on a Saturday morning and was done within 20 minutes. I cannot say enough good about Dina, her team and Rocket Mortgage.
