NIck was Great. He was able to help save us a barrel of money. He was courteous, friendly and patient with all my question. Just before our original close date we had a death in my family. He worked with me to make sure we were ok and helped to reschedule the closing. He is definitely a keeper!!!
I started the refinancing of my home in August and did not close until the beginning of October. Dino was with me every step of the way. There were times that I was anxious about the process but, Dino would answer all my questions and if he didn’t know an answer he would find out and get back to me.
Sam gives incredible customer service. He's knowledgable and attentive throughout the process - no questions left unanswered. Because of Sam, we'd use Rocket Mortgage again should that be the case in the future.
