Matthew Rosol was amazing. He was very responsive and incredibly patient (we had a lot of questions) throughout the whole process. There was a bit of delay in the processing of our refi (none of which was Matthew's fault) yet he kept us informed the entire way. Matthew reassured us this was a great option for us and he was correct. We are glad we did our refi with Rocket Mortgage and more so, glad...Matthew Rosol was amazing.
