However, I feel I have a friend in Cleveland that makes my heart thankful for a few reasons. Robert is a professional who does the business of the company while making the "INTREST" of his clients his first priority...I thank God and Rocket Mortgage for Rob and all the people who work with him. Absolutely supportive and responsive. Daniel thoroughly knew his stuff, answered every question, and rapidly and accurately responded.

My 4 star (rather than 5 star) rating was not Daniel's fault. Nonetheless, I wish to call it to his attention: the process whereby my accounts (that were paid by your firm) resulted in several overpayments that were a pain to straighten out.
