Aaron was the person we dealt with in our recent refinance. He was very helpful when we had a question about the refinance. He was quick to reply to questions. If we couldn't reach him by telephone he returned our calls right away. He would also follow-up with an email. When we were confused about an issue he would follows-up to get the answer.
