Harry Conger was extremely helpful and obtained for me a quick and effortless loan process. He was able to save me the appraisal and I received a very competitive APR on a loan that reduced my payment by $100. In addition, I did not have to pay my mortgage for 2 months. My husband and I are not savvy on using the computer for loans and such.
From the get go Jaime was supportive and helpful and very professional.
I know we probably had a few times were got a bit anxious and left her a message about the stays of our loan. She was always so sweet and returned our calls promptly. Yes we would go with Rocket Mortgage again and recommend them to others. Thank you ...My husband and I are not savvy on using the computer for loans and such.
