Nicole made our refinance process happen so quickly, and we were kept appraised of the process every step of the way. Nicole also took the time to understand our needs and goals, thereby securing the best options for us. I have to say I was very nervous with the thought of doing this huge financial interaction ...My husband and I were so impressed by our dealings with Nicole and Rocket Mortgage. I have to say I was very nervous with the thought of doing this huge financial interaction online and via phone, but our privacy was maintained, there were NO hidden surprises, and the process was crazy easy!!! We never had to leave our home to do this!
