Even though I was eager to get out my previous mortgage agreement with a subpar company, Tom V, is truly the reason why it only took one conversation to convince me to join the Rocket Mortgage family. Tom proved to be dedicated and look out for my best interest as oppossed to just another number. He made me feel at ease and was thorough in explaining every detail of the process. Along with that, he was very honest and didn't just say what I wanted to hear. The refinance process went smooth and turned out even better than we originally expected.
After the whole process finally settled, Tom even reached out to check on me and make sure all is well. I couldn't ask more in a representative and will be sending other friends and family to Rocket Mortgage and to Tom.

I worked with Skyler on our refinance and he was always polite and very personable. He was very responsive and was accurate with information. We had a long than usual time for closing than normal due to an issue with a bank posting.
