My experience with Jon and Rocket Mortgage was first rate. Jon made sure I was aware of what was needed and when and made the whole process simple. We had a lot of anxiety using Rocket Mortgage and not a traditional lender. Jon made this whole process understandable and laid back. He took his time with us even though he was getting married during our whole process.

Justin was the single most helpful/knowledgeable individual I have ever dealt with in customer service. Although almost all reviews on his page are phenomenal they really do not do him justice. The fact that I was only allowed to give him five stars is a disservice to what he has done / will do in the future. I cannot say enough good things about him, it is unfortunate that all of Rocket Mortgage ...Justin was the single most helpful/knowledgeable individual I have ever dealt with in customer service.
