Bryan was great and at the ready whenever I had a question! Only thing about my experience that was told to me a few times during my refinance was that I would skip a mortgage payment. I closed on the 28th of October and my November mortgage still came out on the 1st. It was then that I was told I would receive a check by mail in a few weeks, which I did.
