After refinancing with Rocket Mortgage in January 2019 and getting into a 15 year mortgage, I had no real intentions of refinancing again. Sam pitched his case for a 30 yr mortgage, with an even lower interest rate, and much lower payment, explaining that I could continue to pay the mortgage off in 15 years if I wanted to with increased payments, but had the luxury of the lower payment if needed. ...After refinancing with Rocket Mortgage in January 2019 and getting into a 15 year mortgage, I had no real intentions of refinancing again.
