If I could give Patrick 1000 stars I would. When he was involved in the process I always felt confident that things were well under control. I used to always say to him "you always make me feel better when I talk to you" and it was 100% true. When my wife and I got into a bit of a bidding war on the house we just closed on he took an emergency text message at 10 PM to get us some information so...If I could give Patrick 1000 stars I would. If that's not above and beyond the call I don't know what is. Plus, he was super proactive about things which made the process much smoother.
