Lisa was very helpful and efficient. She made sure she took the time to understand my family’s needs and goals for our refinance. She made me feel comfortable right away and she made sure to check in every step of the way. I am so glad we got to work with her as she made the whole process seem simple and she reassured us when we ran into a few hiccups.

Jeremy is exceptional, a real pleasure to work with, and so knowledgeable. He is a testament to how home buying should be. He was so easy to work with and was super communicative whenever we had any questions or concerns. Thank you so much, Jeremy, for always being our advocate and trusted advisor.

Joseph is a phenomenal loan officer. I called on a Sunday evening and he answered the call, walked me through my options and set me up with the right financing I needed for my situation. And he kept things light hearted and made the process easy. This is the second time I have gotten a loan through Rocket and each time the process has been easy and straight forward. Highly recommend.
