Shane was integral in getting my loan done in a timely fashion as well as always being accessible. If not for him, I would not have my new home and that was a challenging feat as there were 4 buyer/sellers and it was contingent and things kept coming up. This was especially stressful as I became a widow recently, and I was doing it all alone, so he really took the extra time with me to explain things I didn't understand and he was just AWESOME to work with.

I would use him any and every chance I got, and I will refer him and Rocket Mortgage to all I know.

I am not sure if we did the whole procedure with Tyler so I cant put the blame on him.. We are not happy that we had to pay for 2 appraisals and 2 water test . We would recommended to go with a regular loan and not the veterans one so we had a appraisal done then we were told that we could not get any money out with that loan why were we not told that from the beginning and e would not have ...I am not sure if we did the whole procedure with Tyler so I cant put the blame on him..
