if it wasn't for Reid I would of just gone through my credit union. He solved a lot of problems from your under writing people who do nothing , Reid acted quickly to handle the problems . I have been a customer with Q/L for years. Seems underwriting does not do much for the customer, Thank you Reid!!!

He helped me refinance when I was overseas, a process that can be quite troublesome. With his hello and expertise, I was able to lock my rate and properly close in the time parameters.
