I refinanced my house a couple years ago, and Christian was my loan officer. Things went so great, I thought I would see if he was still with Rocket Mortgage so I could refinance again. I got lucky, and he was ÷22 course, everything went very smooth, and there are no complaints at all. Christian knows what he's doing and I don't worry at all during the refinance process.

Jason was amazing! I was transferring from NY to Texas and needed to sell our house and buy one in Texas in only 3 weeks. Jason took calls from his home at late hours. I was so impressed! He was so helpful in getting everything I needed to get done online. We had our loan on time. I highly recommend him!

Sean was the first person I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage and that was lucky for me! He was my go to contact person and saw me through all of the questions and paperwork/fees. There were some hiccups in the process (due to things out of my or Rocket Mortgages control) and Sean made sure I was kept abreast of the situation. He was funny, smart and on top of it at all times.
