Sam was quick and helpful in all of our e-mails/calls. We came in with a good offer from another lender, Sam beat it, and that was that! We continued to shop around for a while but nobody could beat the offer we got from Rocket Mortgage thru Sam. Closing went pretty smoothly and costs were as good or better than competitors, and we didn't have any special circumstances to deal with.
