He kept me abreast of everything I needed to do throughout the process. If a glitch occurred he'd explain the issue and insure I was aware what needed to be done.
I had closed on a home a year and a half ago and it was the worst experience I've ever had, I even got an apology and a partial refund for my grief. My experience with Dan was the polar opposite.
