Nic was great and personable at the beginning, but within the last 2 weeks of my rate lock did not reply to emails, texts, or calls and my rate lock expired. I ended up having to call Rocket customer service and a supervisor extended my rate lock. Only after I got in touch with customer service was he “somewhat” communicative via text. My last text he completely ignored.
