The process was smooth and trouble free. I was a little "misinformed" about the new monthly payments because my agent did not include the tax and insurance impounds when he was selling me on the deal. And with the impounds, my payments were only a little lower. But the interest rate was lower...from 3.5 to 2.9. Also I had to call around to find my refi paperwork and get it sent to me as I had ...The process was smooth and trouble free.
