I give Ruben 5 stars because he earned them. He stayed in contact, on top of things on their end, made changes that I needed on the fly, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. He was professional the entire time even when he needed information from me. I would recommend him to anyone that I know considering a refi or loan. I would use Rocket again in the future.
