Not sure if even what we say can fully explain our journey with Jonathan. We were about to close with another bank but VERY unsatisfied with the deal. The desire of a new home was making us just want to get everything over with. Thank GOD we reached out to Rocket Mortgage specifically to Jonathan.

We were intimidated by false statements that were keeping us from searching another mortgage option but he was able to manage all that anxiety with grace and gave us peace of mind and the truth. I cannot leave out he helped us save SOOOO much money with his negotiation.
He was available at all times no matter what (except on vacation in the desert lol and Boy did we miss him bc no other substitute was comparable).
I believe that Jonathan at such young age has a true gift. A Perfect balance between his business knowledge and his not overwhelming persuasiveness to make his clients feel secure and confident while breaking any previous false self defense barriers we can have.
You became a friend/family. Missing all that excitement sometimes.
