I called in to inquire about a letter I received about refinancing not intending to do so at the time. Just looking for information on rates and things of that nature. Jeff answered all my questions completely. I found him to be very knowlegable and enjoyed working with him. After getting all the info I requested, I thought to myself why not just go for it. There was no pressure from Jeff to do anything which I appreciated. It was my decision based on information he provided. Well from that point on the process was very smooth and fast. Jeff was available at every step of the process. I never felt I was bothering him when I called. (and I called alot) When he said call anytime for any reason, he means it. Thanks again Jeff. OMG Joe the best person I have ever worked with in all the time getting my Mortgage with ROCKET any time I had text him with questions even on Weekends he always called me back before I finished asking my concern. To me that is going above and beyond Wonderful customer service. My agent also commented with all the mortgage lender she had never had anyone call or get back to her so quickly. Joe...OMG Joe the best person I have ever worked with in all the time getting my Mortgage with ROCKET any time I had text him with questions even on Weekends he always called me back before I finished asking my concern.
