I have actually dealt with Dena's Company in the past and chose a competitor because of a Customer Service issue. Dena was AMAZING! A woman of integrity and her word. EVERYTHING she stated she would do, she did and when she promised. Financially, her knowledge enabled me to obtain the lowest APR I have ever had in my lifetime and I am not a young man. Bryan was attentive to our needs and friendly, always answered text messages or phone calls within minutes of question being asked. He was interested in everything we had to do on our TO DO list and if a question or problem arose- he was able to explain to us as he hurried the process along. We began our Loan on July 23 and closed on August 27, 2019.
