Rafil called me and I was very hesitant to discuss my current mortgage- the computer model showed I was not going to better my payment. She said let her run the numbers and that the model on the computer is a rough estimate based on some general factors. She got my info, she DID better my rate and payment and the whole process was easy and she was a delight to work with.
