Mena was excellent to work with the entire time. When I refinanced my loan it was when rates dropped across the board which meant a typical 30 day close was going to take closer to 90 and he help keep my head about it all. Refinancing is always a lot to think about and deal with and with a busy schedule it isn't alway fun. Mena helped keep it all going even after it was sent to underwriting.
