At first he spent an hour or so or more on the telephone with me as I learned to “upload” documents. He was unbelievably patient. He kept us informed the whole way until we closed. Luke was amazing to work with. I actually tried refinancing my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage a few weeks prior to connecting with Luke. That first loan just kind of stopped moving. Partially my own fault for not following up on it more frequently but I'm just as busy as anyone else. Partially due to nobody telling me what to do and when!
