Ron took the time to answer every single question my wife and I had, and at times we called him several times a day. If he was unavailable to returned our call promptly. He made everything very clear and worked very hard to make our loan work the best for us! I would say Ron went above and beyond to serve my wife and I and made our loan process very simple!
