We’ve used rocket in the past and had a great experience. This time for our refi it was hit or miss. First day Mariana was on top of it, pushing us to get the initial documents signed and completed. After that, we had to advocate for ourselves and talk to a supervisor. We kept getting different numbers throughout the process. The entire team we worked with at Rocket was amazing...
We signed contract to buy our house on 11/06 and Tom got all our information well ahead of time and Rocket was ready and waiting on us within 10 days. Our purchase took a while to close because of an issue with the Seller but Tom was there during the whole process, he extended our rate lock several times in a seamless process with out any ...The entire team we worked with at Rocket was amazing...
