Jacob did a great job from start to finish. We had actually 1st started the process back in the spring. But because of a deed in lieu that was on my credit report, he advised we wait until it hit 4 years so that i would get a better rate and avoid PMI. He followed up as promised the day after it was off my report and had our closing in about 40 days after that. Nothing but the highest regards for...Jacob did a great job from start to finish.
