Rude. I asked her the same simple question 3 times and she refused to answer. The question was "were did all the options to refinance cost in the $ thousands after the first was about $4800.00 and she totally ignored me. Sooo I ignored her by hanging up. I've been a very happy Rocket Mortgage client for about 8 years and refinanced twice. I've raved about Rocket Mortgage to probably 70 -90 people ...Rude. I asked her the same simple question 3 times and she refused to answer. I've been a very happy Rocket Mortgage client for about 8 years and refinanced twice.
