The online process is simple and not stressful. I have refinanced properties 3 times with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket, and each time has been a breeze. It's the only company I trust and will continue to use.

In a world full of impatient people expecting immediate gratification, exists a person and a company that makes that possible.....meet Cass Strzynsky. Compared to what we've experienced in the past not working with Rocket Mortgage, this process is a snap. Cass quoted us a new percentage and lower payment with some cash back--what's not to like about that? The important thing is that he was very transparent about everything associated with the loan. He is also very patient going through all the tasks online, which is extremely helpful. The refi took an hour phone call, uploading a some documents, and acknowledging items online. The only in-person docs to sign is with the Title company.
