So we had a more than a hell of a ride! We started working on purchasing a short sale, short sale went to foreclosure, then losing the home.....only to buy it back from the flipper who purchased it via foreclosure. Ask Lucas, if he has the time, he'll tell you how strange of a journey this was. Lucas was the most helpful person i have ever had the pleasure of working with.
