A great big THANK YOu to our loan agent Nick M. We had been dealing with our prior mortgage company and getting the run around and a higher interest rate applying for a refinance. A friend of my husband recommended Rocket Mortgage, so we put in an inquiry on line and literally before I could take my finger off the keyboard I got the call from Nick.
