He took time to answer the ridiculous number of questions we had as first time home buyers and worked with us to achieve our financial goals. The people who called to follow up confused me though. Sam always seemed a step ahead of them.
Also, I have been inundated with mail trying to sell me credit life . I'm sure they got my info from Rocket Mortgage. This does not set well with me at all!
