Jacob was very helpful in facilitating the processing of my loan. He made sure documents we received by my underwriting team as soon as they were uploaded to keep the process moving quickly. He responded to my text on his days off and he also assisted my sister who recommended me to him with the closing of her loan. We are grateful for him He is an asset to the Rocket Mortgage team.

She did not listen to my concerns or what I wanted from the loan The Clark people said the cost of the inspections was going into to the loan and that was ignored.. I am 100% disable which means a large percentage of my property taxes are exempt but I don't know if that was included in my current contract because Cassandra didn't do a good job in communicating with me. If you want someone who isn't just intelligent, knowledgeable and professional, but also acts like your BFF during the home buying process, Andrew is your guy. Andrew was consistently & insanely responsive - picking up the phone on weekends, calling me back after hours, etc. I don't think he sleeps.
