Chris was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable on the options I could choose. His communication was good, I never had to wait around for answers. I believe through his efforts I was given the best mortgage options from any lender. Bottom line I didn't feel taken advantage of and I've already recommend Rocket Mortgage to some others I know that may be relocationg and looking for new homes.

Mike was very helpful at the start, but we ran into some communications problems after our paperwork was submitted. I would suggest contact with the customer throughout the refi process.

Emily was extremely helpful and super easy to work with! We were very scared going into a refinance but Emily helped us with all our concerns and got us the best rate. I give Gino an excellent b/c he adapted to my communication style. Although not rude, I wasn't very patient with the process and wanted clear direct answers to my questions, and wanted Gino to present the options for me to decide. I didn't want the normal back and forth about how much I would like to pay per month (the answer is always as little as possible) and blah blah blah.
