When I started my move, I was given three recommendations for companies to use. I contacted all three, and Troy was the representative for Rocket Mortgage, and right after speaking to him, I had made my choice.
To say Troy worked with me tirelessly would be a discredit to him. Every time I spoke with him, mostly on weekends and late in the evening, he was upbeat, positive, and up to date on the questions I was asking him. He would always make sure he understood what I was trying to get from him, then explain things to me clearly. There was no confusion after a conversation with Troy. He knew what I needed and what I was looking for, and I knew what he and his team needed from me to move forward with the paperwork for buying a home.
