He knows how and when to follow up, he stays on point and is a outstanding listener. He is professional and personal at the same time. I can go on and on and on. But basically I am what you might call impossible to deal with sometimes. It is extremely rare that any one person could complete a transaction like this with me where as I have no complaints. If I were a big company like you I would round up all your good workers and take them to dinner. What I experienced was pure quality. This employee should be recognized as a valuable asset to the company.
