Reid Myers, first and foremost, came across as a wonderful human being. From the get go he was very professional and very courteous. Many, could be like that. Some not ! But Reid, had the human element, the friendly approach, which is not really a requisite. I honestly felt, he was not trying to gain me as a client, but that it was the real him talking to me. Throughout the loan process he was...Reid Myers, first and foremost, came across as a wonderful human being. From the get go he was very professional and very courteous. Many, could be like that. Some not ! But Reid, had the human element, the friendly approach, which is not really a requisite. I honestly felt, he was not trying to gain me as a client, but that it was the real him talking to me. Throughout the loan process he was always following up on things. Whenever I had concerns he addressed them. From the first phone call I felt I’m talking to some one I’ve known and been friends with for years, when in reality he was a total stranger.
We became fast friends, he no longer was just an agent. In his job he was there every time I needed his help or advise. He cared how the loan process was going. I was pressed for time and worried things will not get done in time. But he kept a very optimistic approach and was encouraging...! Reid Myers is an excellent agent, wonderful human being and a true gentleman. I value his friendship.
I was lucky that it was Reid Myers who answered my initial phone call to Rocket Mortgage !!!

Omar was extremely helpful and explained all options clearly and ultimately helped me put myself in a better financial picture...in the long run. I was hesitant to pick up the phone after competing an online interest form...however I’m glad I did and am fortunate Omar was assigned to me.

He didn’t give a good rate. Another bank gave me a much better rate and I was going to go with them until a manager called and matched that rate. Why didn’t he give me the best rate that was available. I was very disappointed.
