There are not enough stars here! 5 Stars is max and this guy did a stellar job! I was in nearly 65 days of the house hunt in the area. When I got to the area to look at houses with my realtor, the bank I was working with decided to back out due to technicalities and when I called them on it and tried to meet their secondary requirements which they thought I could not do - I had to find a different lender. I was working the VA side, was turned down because I was retiring with not enough time on active duty left. Lee and his team worked it out to buy the house I wanted, in the area I wanted. Had to go Conventional, got a great rate, closed early! Oh and by the way we were set to move already. Movers scheduled and I was able to move up the closing of our home so my family was not homeless!! In a high stress time I was reassured that things could go well.
