Tom Diaz was amazing to work with! He was easy to contact whether it was through email or phone, if he couldn’t talk right at that second he would make sure to call me back as soon as he could. He would almost always have an answer to my questions and if he didn’t know it he would make sure to find an answer and let me know ASAP.
One specific thing that I was really happy with was if I wasn’t quite sure about how something worked with my loan he would make sure to talk me through it over the PHONE and not email. That made it extremely easy to understand how the whole process worked and made me confident in buying my first home.
