It was such an extreme pleasure working with you. It was so nice to have someone that truly cared and was always there for us.

I am so sorry that it did not work out but we needed to do what had to in order to get this house as time was so critical. It so happens the owner of the house we rent just accepted an offer so we are cutting it so close and need to close this deal ASAP.
