Dan was very knowledgeable and attentive. He would touch base regularly throughout the process to see how the home search was going, and was encouraging when a few good ones slipped through our fingers. There were a few times when we needed to reach him after hours and he was quick to respond. He also was able to match a lower quote we received from our local credit union.
