Easily worth 10 stars. Mine was complicated by several liens and a first and 2nd mortgage. I started June 1st, was gone for 10 days during the processing period, and will wrap up by July 19th. Rocket delivered. During this 45 day period Lauren responded to my emails immediately - even at 9pm. She was professional, informative, and up-beat every time.
