This was the 2nd mortgage of my life with the other one being back in 2003. Bill guided me through the application process and gave me great advice on my down payment (lower it actually) to get a better interest rate (jumbo vs conventional). He was very responsive, gave me great service and I felt like he was advising me instead of selling me.
