Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate experience (which sucks). I would be at work in a meeting and was able to text him and get a response and never had to move my day around to try and work around coordinating a phone call. Texting and email was a big advantage for me because I could quickly toss out a question before I forgot and get a response back without worry about phone tag, or waiting until I can make a call and forget what I was going to say. Rocket Mortgage as a company means nothing to me. There's 1,000 Rocket Mortgage-like places and I don't care about any of them enough to care which one I use.
