Even being a relo, which I was informed by other loan companies was a "guaranteed sale," Jay treated me like I was his only client and worked his butt off to make sure that anything I was concerned about or questioned he had an answer for. Comparing this experience to my last home purchase almost 5 years ago is pretty hard to do with how high Jay set the bar.
