WOW!!! I know this is going to sound contrived but without a doubt Don is the best. He actually listens to the customer's wishes, then goes off to evaluate the data he is given, and comes back with an offer that is miles better than was asked for. Crazy, eh? What banker does that? All I have to say is if you want a loan with particular terms you are looking for, call Dan Grabow. Besides being the easiest to work with, he genuinely wants to earn your business by working for you. On top of that, he gave me his personal office number so you don't have to go through a gauntlet of option choosing and minions to get to him.
